Yay! The first post on this blog. Welcome. Selamat datang. Bienvenue!
So I've finally started a fitness blog, now i can strike that off my bucket list. Took me this long to start one because I didn't really know what to share on the topic of fitness, until I started joining a fitness program at my local gym - X45 yo! (I'll explain X45 in my future blogs - so stay tuned)
Now, I'm NOT a fitness trainer or an athlete. And I'm also not in the best of shape. So why start a FIT-ness blog anyway? This blog serves as an outlet for me to share my journey, my thoughts and things i learn along the way, in the topic of fitness and health of course. (If i wanted to share everything under the sun, I have another personal blog - which lacked my TLC for some time now.)
Like I said, I'm not a fitness expert but since starting the X45 program, underneath the pain and torture, I saw changes in my body. Physically and mentally. (Yay!) My gym buddies and I start talking about our changes every single day. I've gained new friends who are REAL fitness trainers. Other than grind us to the core everyday at the gym, they also share their tips and knowledge on training programs, techniques & healthy eating. Then I started to get a lil' bit obsessed on health and fitness.
Google search & Youtube became my best-est guru. So many infos I wanted to keep. Endless. So then this blog came to life. A fitness 'directory' for me, so to speak. (Hence the blog name) Instead of just bookmarking the link, I might as well share it, give my thoughts on it, and hopefully learn new things from others.
I also hope this blog can inspire and help others in their quest for a fitter self. So its not just fitness for me, its fitness for you too. (Seh! Hmmm..a tagline i can use)
